Here are the simple steps:
- Access the most recent forms by logging in to your Ameritas account and selecting the policy you would like to loan against. Navigate to the forms heading and open a Disbursement Request
- Complete each section including the last form for EFT authorization.
- Send completed forms with a voided check to the account you would like funds deposited into to clientservices@ameritas.com
- Note: funds can only be deposited into a personal bank account.
- Standard processing time of these loans is 5 to 7 business days, but we have been seeing them completed sooner.
*If your loan request is under $15,000 and you have taken previous loans from the policy you can call in the request. This is the easiest option. Dial 1.800.745.1112 x0 x87586. Give the policy number and request the loan against the policy.*
